Club Calendar Event
Join the Board of Directors at the AGM. Reports from the past year will be presented and the new Board of Directors will be elected at this time. The list of this year’s nominees will be included in the Notice of Meeting. To assist in the preparation of an informative and thorough presentation, members are encouraged to send questions or requests for information to the Board of Directors in advance so as much information as possible can be addressed in the presentation.

A club hosted BBQ follows the AGM at 5PM. All are welcome. Please sign up for the BBQ and let us know the number of family members attending. The BBQ is free to all members who sign up in advance. Unfortunately, we may not be able to serve those members who have not signed up in advance.
