Welcome to the Whistler Mountain Ski Club’s Dryland Training Schedule page. Listed below is the schedule for the fall training sessions and links to training programs. Dryland training is an essential part of ski racing which helps develop agility, balance, speed, strength, and aerobic capacity. The training sessions are fun, challenging, and always changing. Attendance is strongly encouraged.

Fall Dryland Schedule for K1 and K2 Athletes:

Whistler: Thursday and Friday 4:30 to 6:00, at the WMSC Club Cabin

Vancouver: Monday (K2 only) West Vancouver Rec Centre Weight Room 4:30 to 6:00
Wednesday 4:30 to 6:00, at the Ambleside Fields, we meet at 13th Street and Bellevue St. (by the tennis courts).
