Equipment Refunds
Equipment / Clothing purchased through the website is not affiliated with the ski club, and there is no refund policy.
Race Program Fee Refunds
Racing Program Fees are non-refundable. If a racer must withdraw from the program for medical reasons "Team Fees" may be refundable pro-rated over the remaining time during the year as per the following schedule. Donations/Membership/Facility/Competitor fees are totally non-refundable. Any fees to be refunded will be done on April 30th of each year upon completion of written application for refund accompanied by a medical doctors certificate.
