Registration
In order to register as a WMSC Member please do the following:
Create "log in" through the Member Login tool on the right side of the website
Once you have logged in, ensure that you have read and agreed to WMSC Member Agreement
Click on the registration page for Membership Options and Program Enrollment
Upon Completion of online admin. Payment (VISA/MC/Cash/Cheque) can be made directly to Club office by phone/fax/email
When process is complete please proceed to
Developing Champions Fund page to see where you may be able to meet targets to support our programs and ensure Ski Racing is accessible to all children
The process is fast, clear and simple! Thanks for joining the WMSC and note that all memberships and programs expire April 30th when new offerings will be available.
MEMBERSHIP REGISTRATION CATEGORIES:
1. WMSC / BC Alpine Parent Membership Families of active racers wanting to enroll in our race programs must join the club in this category in order to enjoy a wide variety of membership benefits and liability coverage when volunteering/participating in races and events. Each parent is entitled to a vote and to be elected as a Director. WMSC Family membership includes BC Alpine dues for all family members. Children over age 19 to join as alumni or associate members. Each additional family member adds $20.
2. Associate Membership Whether you ski or not - we welcome your application to join the WMSC. You will be invited to club activities & events and to join us in hosting races/events leading up 2010. Associates are not eligible to vote, be appointed as Directors or enroll in race programs. WMSC Associate membership fee includes BC Alpine dues and a variety of member benefits. Each additional family member adds $25.
3. Alumni Membership If you have retired from being actively involved (or had your children involved) in the WMSC Racing Programs for at least 2 seasons then you are eligible to join the club as an Alumni. You are our valued ambassadors to new members and younger racers. WMSC Alumni Membership includes annual BC Alpine dues and a variety of membership benefits. Adult members are eligible to vote. Each additional family member adds $25.
4. Masters Note - you must go to "register for a program" and choose the masters program for you:
a) club racer team $500
b) BC Alpine License - club (local racer only) $34
b) BC Alpine License - Provincial (BC racer only) $64
b) BC Alpine License - National (Canadian racer only) $82

FIS Core (Ages 15 - 19) Team Fee = $500.00 Fee Includes: $500 Team Fee Program Fee of $4,500 due in two installments of $2,275 on October 17th, 2009 and again on December 1st, 2009
FIS Extended (Ages 15 - 21) Team Fee = $500.00 Fee Includes: $500 Team Fee Program Fee of $15,000 due in three installments of $5,000 on October 17th, 2009 and again on December 1st, 2009 and again on January 1, 2009.
FIS Extended PLUS (Ages 15 - 21) Team Fee = $500.00 Fee Includes: $500 Team Fee Program Fee of $22,500 due in four installments of $5,625 on October 17th, 2009 and again on December 1st, 2009 and again on January 1, 2009, and again on February 1, 2009.
Ski X Extended (Ages 15 - 25) Team Fee = $555.00 Fee Includes: $55 Freestyle License Fee $500 Team Fee
Program Fee of $4500 due in two installments of $2,250 on October 17th, 2009 and again on December 1st, 2009
Ski X Core (Ages 15 - 22) Team Fee = $555.00 Fee Includes: $55 Freestyle License Fee $500 Team Fee
Program Fee of $1550 due in two installments of $775 on October 17th, 2009 and again on December 1st, 2009
Masters BC Alpine License - club (Ages 19 - 99) Team Fee = $34.00 MASTERS - CLUB EVENTS $34.00 If a racer is only going to be participating at events within your club and not at any other club, this is the category for them. Registration is valid as soon as they are entered into BC Alpine's database, however their information does not show up on BC Alpine or Alpine Canada's website and they will not be allowed to enter races outside of your home mountain. Only the local club will see that they are registered. NOTE: Some events still may not allow them to enter without a national card number. Whistler/Blackcomb is not hosting any Masters races in the 2009-2010 season.
Masters BC Alpine License - National (Ages 19 - 99) Team Fee = $82.00 MASTERS - NATIONAL w/NPL $82.00 Registration in this category gives the Masters racer a national card number and allows them to enter any event in the country. Their information shows up on BC Alpine and Alpine Canada's website. Allow approximately one week after registering on BC Alpine's registration database for the registration to become active with Alpine Canada and the National Points List.
Masters BC Alpine License - Provincial (Ages 19 - 99) Team Fee = $63.00 MASTERS - BC LEVEL $63.00 This category allows the Masters racer to participate in any event in British Columbia. Their information will show up on BC Alpine's but not on Alpine Canada's website, so any club in the province can verify that they are registered. NOTE: Some events still may not allow them to enter without a national card number.
Masters Team (Ages 19 - 99) Team Fee = $582.00 Includes: • Team fee (per racer) $500 • BC Alpine Masters National Points list Membership $82. Registration in this category gives the Masters racer a national card number and allows them to enter any event in the country. Their information shows up on BC Alpine and Alpine Canada's website. Allow approximately one week after registering on BC Alpine's registration database for the registration to become active with Alpine Canada and the National Points List.
