Membership Renewal and Team Registration for Existing Members
Please follow the steps below to renew your membership and register athletes for the upcoming season. Registration begins on May 1st, and all racer accounts must be paid in full prior to registering.
Access your Account Management page
- Login to your account with your username/email and password. If you have forgotten your password, simply follow the link under the login fields to reset your password. If you have never logged into your account and are unsure of your account details, please contact the WMSC office.
- Once you are logged in, access your account by going to http://wmsc.info/account-management/
or going to the My Account link in the footer of the site.
- Once you are in the Account Management page, you will see all previously registered members of your family. Please take a moment to preview and edit each family member’s account to verify that information is correct.
Adding Additional Family Members?
- If you have a new member of the family who is registering as an athlete in the upcoming season, please add their information to your family account by clicking on Add New Family Member at the top of the page
- You will be prompted to enter all the details of the athlete. You will need to add a unique email address for the new family member. If they do not have an email address, please use an alternate email of a parent.
Renewing Your Membership
All renewing members will first need to renew their membership: Family Membership, Alumni or Masters.
- Click on the Member Management link at the top of the page.
- Select your membership type and then click on the Select Program link just below your checkout total.
- You will then be directed to the Program Page where all your family members will be listed.
- Please click on the Select Program button next to each registering athlete.You will be provided with the Program options available to each athlete based on their age. Please click the Add to Cart button for the appropriate programs for each family member.
- Once all programs have been selected, click on the Next:Payment button at the bottom of the page.
- You will be directed to the payments page of the site.
In addition to Membership and Team Fees, Program Fees must be paid in full by October 31st. See program pages
