Time to sell or purchase previously loved ski racing clothing and accessories at the annual Soft Swap.
Soft goods refers to all ski racing clothing and equipment other than skis and boots. In other words you may sell (or buy) anything that can’t be sold at the Turkey Sale (club uniforms, speed suits, gloves, helmets, goggles, ski poles, stealth top, shin guards, back protectors, ski bags, etc).
If you have items to sell, please make sure they are clean and bring them to the club cabin on Sunday October 8th between 2 – 4 pm. You will be asked to list and price your items on the Vendor Form below. To make this process smoother list your items on the form before you arrive. If you are unsure of what to charge, members will help you at drop off. However, please be realistic with your pricing so you don’t have to take anything home at the end of the day. Items will be available to purchase between 10:00 and noon on Monday Oct. 9th.
The soft goods sale is a member run event designed to help families equip their athlete with ski racing clothing and equipment at a reasonable cost. This is a cash/cheque ONLY event with funds going directly to the seller. Be prepared with both.
Any gear not picked up by 12:30 p.m. will be donated to the Whistler Re-Use-It Centre.
