FIS dryland will run every Thursday at Cleveland Park until October 26th.  

Meet at 4:30pm at the base of the hill beside the "Cleveland Park" sign below the soccer fields, finish at 6pm

Be ready for an outdoor field workout and dress appropriate for the conditions and bring Water.
