Requirements for Guest Racers
- Skill Level & Equipment:
- Experience in gate training and racing appropriate to age and development level.
- Ability to ski all terrain and conditions, including heavy wet snow and powder.
- Proper equipment, including powder skis with a recommended minimum width of 80mm.
- Written Recommendation:
- A letter from your instructor, coach, club, or sport organization is required to ensure correct group placement.
- Please send videos of competition or training blocks.
- Assessment:
- WMSC reserves the right to decline training if a guest racer’s ability does not align with any of the Club’s groups. In such cases, we can recommend alternative programs through the Whistler Blackcomb Ski School.
Health Insurance Requirements
- Canadian Guests (Non-WMSC Members):
- Proof of current ACA membership (renewed through your local ski club or PSO).
- A letter from your Provincial Alpine Ski Association confirming membership.
- Non-members must pay $204 CAD for ACA registration and complete the ACA waiver before training.
- Additional insurance for non-ACA activities is strongly recommended.
- Non-Canadian Guests:
- Proof of current membership with your National Sports Organization.
- A letter confirming membership must be sent to info@wmsc.info.
- Non-members must pay $204 CAD for ACA registration and complete the ACA Membership Registration Form.
- FIS-aged racers must be registered with FIS. | FIS registration are on one-to one basis.
- Foreign racers must provide a copy of their accident and medical coverage policy, including mountain rescue and repatriation to their home country.

Minimum 3-Day Commitment Required for U10 and U12
Minimum 4-Day Commitment Required for U14 and U16
- U10/U12 Athletes from BC Ski Racing Clubs: $115/day ($345 minimum).
- U14/U16 Athletes from BC Ski Racing Clubs: $115/day ($460 minimum).
- U10/U12 Athletes from Canadian Ski Racing Clubs: $145/day ($435 minimum).
- U14/U16 Athletes from Canadian Ski Racing Clubs: $145/day ($580 minimum).
- U10/U12 Athletes from International Ski Racing Clubs: $195/day ($585 minimum).
- U14/U16 Athletes from International Ski Racing Clubs: $195/day ($780 minimum).
Program Features
- 4-day-per-week operations (Thursday–Sunday, U10/U12: Friday–Sunday only), plus holidays.
- Comprehensive integration with WMSC programs, including technical, tactical, mental, and physical training.
- Year-round opportunities (winter and summer).
- Professional CSCF-certified coaching staff.

WMSC Guest Racers Program
No Guest Racers will be accepted during the Whistler Cup April 10-13, 2025
Join us for a few days or a couple of weeks! Our programs welcome guests aged 9 to 15 (born between 2009 and 2015) from local areas or around the globe. Our professionally trained Alpine Ski Coaches will help improve your skills at any level of ski racing. FIS Athletes are welcome, schedule permitted. Each year, racers from Australia, Europe, Great Britain, the US, and nearby Vancouver ski clubs join us for family vacations, camps, events, or race tune-ups. Whether you're preparing for a local race series or looking for a training program while on vacation, WMSC is here to help.
