• VIP Welcome Party at Après Après – Thursday, April 10th 
  🥂 Kick off Whistler Cup in style! Enjoy a drink and some nibbles while the athletes attend their Welcome Dinner.

• Volunteer Party at Buffalo Bills – Friday, April 11th 
  🍻 Mingle with fun locals and fellow supporters over drinks and snacks!

• Whistler Cup Awards Banquet at the Whistler Conference Centre – Saturday, April 12th 
  🏆 Join athletes, coaches, and sponsors for a special evening, including dinner and the official Whistler Cup trophy presentation! Do you have a sibling who wants to come with you to the Awards Banquet dinner?  Please contact Amber Trent for an add-on ticket.

Lift Ticket Vouchers - Whistler Blackcomb

Vouchers are available for parents/sibling/family members who are associated with the event. Any misuse of the vouchers will result in mountain access to be denied.

Vouchers can be picked up during Parent Information & Pass Pickup – Hilton Whistler Resort (Cheakamus Room) Please refer to the event website for further details. Please complete your lift ticket voucher request by April 1, 2025.
