What is WMSC Ski Club Pro?

Ski Club Pro is a registration and communication platform for competition winter sports organizations.  You can manage all your program and travel event registrations for your household within a single account, but each member can have access to the platform to access team page information. 

Is WMSC Ski Club Pro a Desktop or a mobile app?

Ski Club Pro is a web-based app.  You can access it via browser window and must have internet access.

How to create an account on WMSC Ski Club Pro?

First time users must create an account.  The primary account holder should create the account in their name and be an adult or head of household.  Once primary account is created you’ll be able to add your family.

How to access your account? 

Once account is created you can go directly to https://wmsc.skiclubpro.team/user/login to sign into your account dashboard.

How to change your email address for the household "Racer" account or contact information?

If you need to change your email address for communication purposes, go to MY ACCOUNT in top right page, then click GENERAL PROFILE, edit email, and SAVE.

How to add a new family member?

To add a new family member, go to DASHBOARD > My HOUSEHOLD > Click VIEW.  From there you can add new members to your household.

How to register for a program, camp, race or extra training session

  • Create an account on the platform first
  • Register your athlete for a program
  • Register your athlete for an event

How to register for Multiple offerings or multiple family members for a program, camp, race or extra training session

To register for multiple offerings, you can add multiple registrations, membership, and other products to a single order. Complete the steps for each registration item and until the products are in the cart.  Once in the cart, you can start new registrations and checkout when you are ready.

How to register with a Payment Plan

To register for a payment plan, you will make the selection during the checkout process.  If your order qualifies for a payment plan, you will see all the available options on the Checkout summary page in the PAYMENT INFORMATION section. If you do not see any option, then order does not qualify for a payment plan which could be a specific product. For example, if you sign up for a program and a camp in the same order, but the camp does not qualify, then the payment plans will not be available.  If you are planning on having a payment plan, please make sure all items in cart are qualifying items. 

How to register with a Credit on Account

After the completion of your first purchase, your card will be available within the account for future orders and you can simply select the card of file and complete your order.

How to register with a Promotion or discount code 

On the CHECKOUT SUMMARY page in the PAYMENT INFORMATION section, you can apply a coupon code to your if you have a code. Once entered, click apply and you will see the discount summary in the order subtotal section.  Proceed to checkout to complete order.

How to get an order receipt or invoice of your registration

Upon completion of your order, you will receive a detailed email of your transaction.  If you opted for a payment plan, you will also see the schedule there as well.  You can also view your order history from your DASHBOARD as well as a payment plan schedule if you have one.

Registrations Fees, what they are and why they are different

The registration fees on the order in the subtotal summary will show two fees.  For credit cards the processing fee is 2.8% and a $1.50 administrative fee for the platform.  For ACH/EFT payments the processing fee is 2%.

How to cancel a registration

To cancel a registration, you must contact the office.

How to update my payment method

To update your payment method, go to MY ACCOUNT and click on button “Manage Users Payment Methods”.  From there you can add or remove payment methods on your account.

How to view a history of all registrations for each family member 

To view the history of a family members registrations, go to MY ACCOUNT and click on the name of one of the family members on the right column.  From there you will see a history of all registrations for that person at the bottom of the page.

How to view your schedules / Calendars

To view your team calendar, go to DASHBOARD and from the MY TEAMS dashlet, you will see each family member and a link to their team page.  From there you can view and sync your team calendar to your device. To view a club wide calendar, go to ACCOUNT > CALENDAR.

How to view details of an event (location, time) from your calendar

Click on the event and view the details in the popup window.  If you can find the event, try using the filter at the top of the calendar.

How to find contact information for your Connection Coach and your Lead Coach

From the DASHBOARD go to the MY TEAMS dashlet, you will see each family member and a link to their team page.  From there you can view a list of the team coaches and contact info.

How to communicate with your Connection Coach and your lead Coach

All emails received from Ski Club Pro will come directly from your coaches email address.  You can respond directly.

How to sign up for SMS notifications

To receive SMS messages, make sure your general profile has a phone number set.  Generally, you add this while setting up a new user account, but if you need to add or update after, go to MY ACCOUNT in top right page, then click GENERAL PROFILE, edit phone, and SAVE.

How to view notifications and past notifications

All email and SMS notifications that come from Ski Club Pro will be stored on the TEAM COMMUNICATION LOG section within your TEAM page.  You can review all past messages here as well.
