Duncan joined the WMSC Board in November 2021.  Duncan grew up in Vancouver, skiing at Whistler every weekend and sneaking out on more than a few weekdays too.  After doing undergrad and law school at McGill in Montreal, Duncan and his wife Kirsti lived in New York and London for ten years but still found themselves checking the Whistler snow report way too often.  A move to Whistler was unavoidable!  Duncan and Kirsti’s three kids are all active Alpine and Nordic skiers, including son Dominic in WMSC U14. Duncan is a partner at Farris LLP and is a member or chair of a number of non-profit organizations, and is an enthusiastic U14 soccer coach (but only when there’s no snow to ski).  Duncan is excited to be working with the Board and Club leadership to support the values and goals of the Club and its athletes.
